our family holiday in singapore was made even more memorable thanks to bencoolen. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. we especially loved the cozy pool area, despite the noise from nearby construction.

had a great stay at bencoolen this summer holidays - much better than previous stay in singapore! loved the excellent breakfast, clean rooms, and friendly staff. location was super convenient with a short walk to the bay and right across from the mrt.

I like the environment as it's near to The Cathy where you can get to watch mid-night movies.. In the same time, there is a 24 hours food court across the road if there is the urge to have any meal or even supper..

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Singapore. the location was absolutely perfect, right in the center of the city and close to the MRT station, making it super convenient for exploring. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay, ensuring that my needs were met. Secondly, the room was cozy and clean, with basic amenities and even a jacuzzi, which was a nice touch. Lastly, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast that was included in the rate. It had a good variety of options, including options for vegetarians, which was a pleasant surprise.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and I couldn't find any flaws.

First of all, there are some hidden charges like tax and service charge which added up about s$30+ for the prices that I booked online. The staff are slacking and not showing interest when doing the check-in for us. They are not keen to help us too with the luggage. When I entered my room, I was quite disappointed with the limited space that I had. Its not compatible with the price we paid. In the shower room, there are hairs on the cover of the drainage. It is really horrible. The bathroom is quite spacious and basic ammenities are provided. I will not go back to Bencoolen Hotel again.

Located within walking distance of a metro station and near good food options, this hotel offers good value for the money. Free and fast Wi-Fi is provided, along with friendly and helpful staff. The comfortable bed and nice hot tub were great features of this affordable hotel.

Limited breakfast options and slow check-in process were the worst aspects of my stay. The breakfast menu only included rice, fried egg, ham, cereal, milk.

It is conveniently located.

Despite me informing you my earlier arrival the staff simply refused to give me an early check in. They said 2 p.m. is the check in time. Yes we do understand but it is not ideal when you travel several thousand miles and you being asked to stay outside until 2 p.m. I checked in at 10 a.m. Where is the courtesy and hospitality. I must say I have also used Asia Travel a few times and they ensure that if I indicate my earlier arrival that the hotel would actually check me in. Something that Booked.net should try and improve if I m to use again.
